The Cornish Wind Quintet (Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Horn & Bassoon)
- Ideal for weddings, music societies and smaller venues.

The Cornish Wind Octet (2 Oboes, 2 Clarinets, 2 Horns & 2 Bassoons)
- Ideal for large civic/corporate functions. Very grand.

String Quartet (2 Violins, Viola, Cello)
- Ideal for weddings, music clubs and intimate venues.

The Cornish Brass Quintet (2 Trumpets, Horn, Trombone and Tuba)
- Versatile ensemble, ideal for churches and larger venues.

The Siegfried Bassoons (usually bassoon quartet, but can be expanded up to 12 players)
- a lot of fun, and surprisingly versatile.
Repertoire ranges from 20s Tea Dance Music through to serious Concert Works.
